Smoke Free Policy:
For the health, safety and enjoyment of all our guests, this establishment
has adopted a Smoke-Free Policy pursuant to New Jersey State law: NJSA 2C:
33-13b PL1985. Chap 187.
Smoking is strictly forbidden at all times in all
guest rooms, any and all public interior areas such as Office, Elevator,
Laundromat, Lobby, Bathrooms, and Rest Rooms. Any smoking or
possession of a lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, or other lighted substance,
in any such guest room or any part of the premises defined above, by you or
any of your guests shall automatically be deemed a violation of this smoke
free policy. Smoking is allowed outside only in areas equipped with an
exterior ash receptacle provided by the motel. When smoking outside,
guest room outside doors should be closed at all times to prevent smoke from
entering the guest room, and no lit or previously lit substance shall enter
any guest rooms at any time. All ashes and butts are to be disposed of
in outside ash receptacles provided by the motel.
Please be advised that any and all violations of this policy shall result in
your immediate and permanent eviction of the premises, at the sole
discretion of the Florentine Family Motel.
In no event shall you be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of
your stay. In addition, you will be held responsible for liquidation
damages (which will include removal and cleaning of all linens plus drape
and carpet cleaning which would be $75 to $200) for each violation of this
policy and any and all other consequential damages. All such damages
shall be automatically assessed on your bill, and you hereby waive any and
all rights to contest such damages.

Please Note: NO Pets. NO Motorcycles. To
reserve, please call our office and check availability before sending in
deposit. DEPOSITS are required on all reservations with personal check (if
received at least two weeks in advance), or money order. The deposit, to
confirm the reservation, will be 2 days' rental which will be applied to the
first and last day of the rental and must be received within 7 days after
phone reservation. The rate is based on the number of persons occupying the
room. The guest is responsible for the entire number of days reserved.
Neither unused days nor deposits are transferable to another guest or time
period. BALANCE is due on arrival in cash, traveler's checks or money order.
Key/Phone deposit or credit card is required on check-in. Reservations will
be held until 5:00 PM unless otherwise notified. All reservations are final
and subject to confirmation and are subject to failure of guests to vacate
or causes and conditions beyond our control. All reservations are subject to
NJ state and local taxes. Guests who invite visitors to use the facilities
or spend the day or night must request and register through the office, and
will be charged as an extra person. Visitors are not to park on the
property. Only one parking space per unit. Room preferences accepted,
however, rooms are guaranteed by style, not by specific number or floor.
Misrepresentation voids reservation. No one is entitled to refund for any
reason, including , but not limited to , no-shows and early check-outs.
EXCEPTION: in case of cancellation, we are happy to refund 75% of the
required deposit if notified 2 weeks before arrival date; otherwise, no
refunds. $25 will be charged for date changes. This property is privately
owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The Florentine Family Motel rents rooms on a temporary basis only, subject
to the innkeeper's reasonable and lawful discretion. The occupants
acknowledge that they are transient guests. All innkeepers rights are
reserved.
